Kaytrin Ziemann

Kaytrin Ziemann is a restaurateur and a Mother of two, based in Schenectady NY. Along with her chef/ husband Devin Ziemann, Kaytrin co-owns Ziemann hospitality group, established in 2015, which owns and operates MILAS Restaurant and Bar, The Nest Restaurant and Bar, The Cuckoos Nest and Crave burgers and more. 

Managing partner of Ziemann Hospitality, Kaytrin Ziemann is native to Schenectady, born and raised. She attended SUNY Oneonta, graduating with a Bachelors in Science focused on dietetics and food service management. Kaytrin has been working in the restaurant industry since 2006 and learned early on how much she loves working with people and how valuable good customer service is. There is no price you can put on feeling welcome, understood, special, like you as her guest actually matter to her. She has a passion for small details that add up, being present with her team and her guests and anticipating what some one needs before they can even ask.  “Nothing makes more sense to me than working by my husbands side every day, we are each others number one fans and I know that’s why what we are doing works.”
